Action

Note: Actions will be shown or hidden based on the order type, status, workflow, and user permissions.

Clone Bill of Material – Generates a popover to optionally create a name and number for the clone of the BOM, otherwise LOCATE will generate each, and also the option to include instructions from the original BOM, defaulted to yes.
Build to Stock – Prompts you to create a Work Order to build the Output Line Items of the Bill of Material.
Delete Bill of Material – Deleting just removes the record from the list view and archives the record in the module Trash Can where it can be restored if needed.

Statuses

Valid – A Bill of Materials that is validated by LOCATE because it has an input and output line.
Invalid – A Bill of Materials that is not validated by LOCATE because it doesn’t have any input or output lines, or only one and not the other.
